ACL Holdings Limited (the "Company") hereby give notice (the "Call Notice") that the Company wish to exercise the Call Option and redeem all of the Outstanding Bonds at a price equal to 103.00 per cent of the Nominal Amount plus any accrued and unpaid interest on the redeemed amount pursuant to paragraph (a) of Clause 10.2 (Voluntary early redemption – Call Option) of the Bond Terms. The settlement date shall be the date falling ten (10) Business Days after the date of this Call Notice, being 21 September 2026 (the "Call Option Redemption Date"). The record date for the call option will be 17 September 2026. The completion of the Call Option is conditional upon the Issuer confirming that all conditions precedent for utilisation under a new financing have been either satisfied or waived or are expected to be satisfied on the record date for the Call Option (the "Redemption Condition").

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by ACL Holdings Limited on 7 September 2026 regarding the serving of the Call Notice of its existing bond with ISIN NO0013143966. ACL Holdings Limited hereby announces that the Redemption Condition in the Call Notice has been satisfied, and that the call of the mentioned bond will take place with settlement date being 21 September 2026.
